Todays work out called for 12 miles of Hills. I convinced dad to ride with me again and we took a ride RIGHT after supper… bad idea. Halfway up the first pull I had a pretty bad cramp and it only seemed to get worse through the ride. As far as our route is consernedwe rode the following route (starting and ending at the arrow)
